Audrey Causby Franklin, 92, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 5, 2019. She was born June 22, 1927 in Gaston County to the late Briggsa “Briggs” Moran and Octavia Thomas Causby.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Robert Franklin, Sr.; son Mike Franklin; sisters Ruth Causby Dameron and Rebecca Causby Rector Landrum; brothers Melvin Causby and Alson Causby.
Her family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremations Services.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday in the Chapel of Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Oscar Stalcup officiating.
Burial will be private.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Po Box 397, Bessemer City, NC 28016.
