Betty Rick

Betty Cash Rick, 83, of Gastonia, passed away on June 21, 2014 at home. She was born August 15, 1930 in Cabarrus County to the late Marion Ashford and Minnie Graves Cash.

She is survived by her son, Butch Price; daughters, Glenda Huffstetler and Deborah Clark; best friend, Liza Baker; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her son, Marvin Price, infant daughter, Teresa Rick; 1 brother; 4 sisters; granddaughter, Darlene Absher.

Her funeral service will be Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 3:00 pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City with Rev. Dorothy Lowery officiating.

Interment will follow at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.

Her family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
