Brenda Waldroup

Brenda Waldroup, 51, of Cherryville, passed away on Sunday November 16, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center, Rock Hill. She was born February 15, 1963, in Gaston County to Don and Betty Young.

She was preceded in death by her brother Robert Young, nephew David Wayne Randall,

Brenda worked in textiles.

In addition to her parents, Brenda is also survived by her son Lee Waldroup and Fiancé Kaitlynn Mote of Cherryville; daughter Charli Waldroup and fiance Jacob Gantt of Cherryville, brother Gary Young; former husband Charles Waldroup; brother Gary Young of Bessemer City; sisters Roxanne Reynolds of Cherryville, Bonnie Champion of Lincolnton, Barbara Maiers of Stanley, and Connie Young of Bessemer City; grandson Jace Lee Waldroup

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services.

Brenda's graveside services will be Thursday at 3:00 PM at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia with the Rev. David McClure officiating.
