BURIS  LUTZ



Buris Dean Lutz, 65, of Gastonia, died November 25, 2012, at home.  He was born March 3, 1947 in Gaston County to the late Edgar B. and Mary P. Lutz.



Buris loved going fishing. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and all around family man. The family wishes a special thanks to Dr. Barry Scanlan, Dr. Arn Anthony, Cindy Mitchell and Hospice of Gaston County.



He is survived by his wife Glenda Lutz;  daughters, Donna Lutz of Lowell, Connie Queen of Lincolnton; sons, Randy Queen and wife Alice of Bessemer City; Brian Poteat of Huntersville; brother, Eddie Lutz of Gastonia, sisters, Iris Saunders, Judy Bradley both of Gastonia; grandchildren, Brook Foster, Taylor Foster, Madison Queen, Dalton Queen, Joseph Helms, Dustin Helms, Kody Carpenter.



His funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City with Rev. Steve  Bynum and Dustin Helms officiating.



Interment will follow at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.



The family will receive friends Tuesday, 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home.
