Carrie Belue

Carrie Edith Mathis Belue, 99, passed away peacefully at Caromont Regional Medical Center on Friday December 2, 2016. She was born on July 13, 1917 in Valdese, North Carolina to the late William and Molly Craig Mathis.

She was preceded in death by husband; Hovey Noise Belue.

Left to cherish her memories are numerous nieces, nephews, and her church family at First Wesleyan Church of Bessemer City.

Carrie retired from the Osage Mill of Bessemer City. She was a faithful member of the First Wesleyan Church of Bessemer City.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City.

Her funeral service will be held at 11am Friday, December 9, 2016 at the First Wesleyan Church, Bessemer City with her Pastor, the Rev Wes Brown officiating.

Interment will follow Westview Gardens.
