Carrie Hill

Carrie Eller Hill, 83, of Gastonia, died November 30, 2012, at Alexandria Place, Gastonia.  She was born November 26, 1929 in Cliffside, SC to the late Charles M. and Callie Cox Eller.



Carrie was retired from Ty Caro.



She is survived by her husband of 66 1/2 years, James A. Hill; sons Duke Hill of Concord and Steve Hill and wife Laura of Bessemer City; daughter Lawanda Mosteller and husband Alanzo of Cherryville; brother James Eller and wife Pat; sisters Virgie Boone, Judy Shultz and husband James, and Rita Turpin and husband Lloyd; 18 grandchildren



She was preceded in death by brothers John, Doug, and Charles Eller, Jr.; sister Sandra Shaw.



A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia with Dr. Ned Buckner and Mr. Dorsey Funderburk officiating.



The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service
