Cecil Riddle

Cecil Roy Riddle, Sr., 64, of Bessemer City, passed away August 25, 2013 at home. He was born in Lee County, Alabama on October 29, 1948 to the late John Lamar Riddle, Sr. and Katherine Kittrell Reynolds.

Cecil was a member of God Can Baptist Church in Bessemer City and was a truck driver for Climan Trucking Company.

He is survived by his companion, Becky Walker of the home; son, Cecil Riddle, Jr. and wife Susan; step-daughter, Tammy Thomas; brothers, John L. Riddle, Jr., Thomas Riddle and wife Debbie; sisters, Sara Lemley, Judy Mincey, Linda Dorsey and husband James, Martha Dorsey and husband Leonard; grandchildren, Victoria Riddle, John Riddle; a number of nieces and nephews.

Cecil was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Alice Brock; brother, James Riddle; step-son, Quintin Riddle.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City with Rev. Randy Richardson officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30 pm Wednesday at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services in Bessemer City.
