Charles Chavis, Ii

Charles Junior Chavis, II, of Bradenton FL, 47, went home to be with the Lord on August 13th, 2020, at Blake Medical Center. The son of Charles Chavis Jr and Sandra Kay Yandle Chavis, he was born on June 6th,1973 in Mecklenburg County.

Charles enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, who were his heart. He loved serving and singing for Jesus Christ, spending time on the beach, traveling and fishing. He was a very skilled contractor. Charles loved traveling to sing and brought so many to the Lord while he was singing. Charles had a huge heart and would give the shirt off his back to help others.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Chavis Jr. and Sandra Kay Yandle Chavis, and daughter Shyanne Nicole Chavis.

Charles is survived by his children, Savannaha Chavis Spurling, Hailey Chavis, Marco Chavis and Victor Chavis, granddaughters, Kylie Spurling, Sophia, Sandra and Scarlette Moffitt, Lanxton and Laney Chavis, and grandson Micah Blue Chavis, brother Michael Chavis Sr, sisters Clardell Chavis Locklear and Ann Chavis, fiance and loving companion Charlene Roberts; mother of his children Teresa Chavis; numerous nieces and nephews.
