Connie Berry

Connie Grant Berry, age 77, passed away on Sunday September 9, 2018 at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. She was born August 4, 1941 in Gaston County to the late Wade and Marie Caylor Grant.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Regina Marie Greene; brothers, Blaine and Ronnie Grant; sister, Maphrea Sellers; granddaughter, Kaylin Grisdale;

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tammy Ball, Robbie Grisdale and wife Nikki, Jerrie Grisdale, Scott Berry, Amber Berry, Beth and Danny Collins; her brothers, Jerry Grant and Charles Grant; 10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren; and her life-long friend, Brenda Breakfield.

A Celebration of Connie's life will be held at 3 pm Wednesday, September 12, 2018 in the Sisk-Butler Chapel with Rev. Jerry Millwood officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 1 to 2:45 pm prior to her service at the funeral home, and other times at the home of Robbie and Nikki Grisdale, Cherryville, NC.

Interment will follow at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.
