Daniel Mixon

Daniel Clifford Mixon, Sr., 55, of Lincolnton, passed away January 20, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. He was born on November 4, 1960 in Cleveland County, to the late Ronald Lamar and Judy Dugan Mixon.

He was retired from textiles, enjoyed fishing and camping

Daniel was survived by wife Pamela Carpenter Mixon; his children, Daniel Mixon, Jr., Tausha Danielle Mixon, Kristy Diane Bravo, Chris Aaron Moody, Tiffany Ann Mixon, Joshua Thomas Carpenter, III, Kelly Elizabeth Carpenter and Matthew James Carpenter; sister Sharon Glance and David of Gastonia; brother Michael Mixon and Sandy of Albemarle; 17 grandchildren;

His funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Sunday, January 24th, 2016 at Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services, Bessemer City with Michael Mixon officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00 pm Sunday, January 24th, 2016 at the funeral home.
