Deborah Hager

Deborah Jean "Debbie" Hager, 65, of Bessemer City, died on March 11,2016. She was born September 10, 1950, in Gaston County, NC to the late David Lloyd and Mary Surratt Hager.

She was a graduate of Bessemer City High School and Gaston College. Debbie was also a member of Sunset Lane Baptist Church. She was a member of the Women's Bowling Association at Liberty Lanes, Gastonia. Debbie loved everyone and she will be greatly missed.

Debbie was survived by her niece, Louise Grigg Howell and husband John of Dallas, NC; also nephews, Jimmy Grigg and wife Karen of Bessemer City, Johnny Grigg and wife Patsy of Bessemer City, and John Hargis of Ohio.

Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, March 14, 2016 at Sunset Lane Baptist Church, Bessemer City with Rev. Dickey Hannah officiating.

Interment will follow at Westview Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00, March 13, 2016, at Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services and at other times at the home of John and Louise Howell.
