Donna Bowman

Elaine Teague Bowman, 69, of Gastonia, passed away at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia on July 20, 2021.

She was born August 26, 1951, in Gaston County, to the late Carl Vance Teague and Anna Mae Patterson Remsey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Janice Carol McDonald; brothers Billy Vance Teague, and Carl Dean Teague; husband Willie Odell Bowman, Sr.; stepdaughter Linda Enloe.

Elaine was formerly employed at Wix for 33 years of service.

Left to cherish her memories are her nieces and nephews.

Elaine will lie in state from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home on Saturday, July 24, 2021.

Elaine’s funeral service will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Sisk-Butler Chapel with Pastor James Chambers officiating.

Interment will follow Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont, NC.
