DOROTHY  DILLS



Dorothy Croft Dills, 72, of Gastonia, died September 3, 2012 at Courtland Terrace, Gastonia.  She was born July 13, 1941, in Cleveland County to the late Clifford W. and Lila Reynolds Croft.



Dorothy was a member of Penley's Chapel in Kings Mountain



She is survived by her daughters, Donna Dills Burrell of Charlotte, Rhonda McGinnis and husband Jr. of Grover; son, Cliff Johnson of Boiling Springs; brother, Marshall Croft and wife Mickey;   6 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild



She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Dills; daughter, Julie Bridges; sisters, Corliss Croft Owens, Elizabeth Croft Powell



Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home Chapel, Bessemer City with Doug Allen officiating.



The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.



Interment will follow at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.
