Dywayne Howard Barnett

Dywayne Howard Barnett, 43, of Bessemer City, passed away at Wendover Hospice House on December 11, 2023. He was born May 29, 1980, in Halifax County, North Carolina to Dywayne Eugene Barnett and the late Linda Sharon Barnett.

He is preceded in death by uncle, Robert Barnett; grandparents, Dallas and Ellen Burton, Roy and Clara Barnett.

He loved his family and riding his motorcycle. He enjoyed walking around at the flea market and going to auctions. Dywayne never met a stranger, and he had a heart of gold. He will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish his memories are his fiancé, Vickie Smith; dad, Dywayne Eugene Barnett (Debra Whaley); brothers, Robbie Smith (Katie), Chris Kirkham; sisters, Christi Pittman (John Ragan), Nikki Carroll (Chris); nephew, Angel Back (Ruby); nieces, Jordan Carroll, Alyssa Smith; best friends, Larry Williams, Gwen Williams, John Wright.
