Eddie Thomas Norman

Eddie Thomas Norman, 79, of Dallas passed away at his home on December 19, 2023. He was born on August 10, 1944, in Gaston County to the late John Florida Norman and Jessie Montgomery.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Julia "Sissy" Norman; six brothers and sisters.

Eddie was a deacon at his home church, Mountain View Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his sons, Kevin Norman, Mark Norman (Keegan); daughter, Lila Frances Trusky (Jim);13 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

Eddie's celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 3:00 pm at Mountain View Freewill Baptist Church, 682 Dallas Spencer Mountain Rd., Dallas, NC 28034, Pastor Bob Sneed officiating.
