Ethel Dover

Ethel Bolin Dover, 83, of Bessemer City, passed away at home on November 1, 2021. She was born December 29, 1937, in York County to the late Lewis Ingram and Mary Ethel Dover Bolin.

She was preceded in death by her children, Jody Dover, and Louie Dover; brother, Berry Bolin; and sister, Rachel McCarter; grandson Christopher Wolfe.

Ethel enjoyed sewing and loved spending time with her family.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Puddin Whisnant, Rachel Robinson (Donnie), Chrissy Helms (Mark), Carl Dover, and Charlie Dover; brother, Carl Rose; 6 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home on Friday, November 5, 2021.

Ethel’s memorial service will be held 6:00 PM on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home with Pastor Mitchell Bolin officiating.
