Gloria Chronister

Gloria Stillwell Chronister, 80, of Bessemer City passed away on February 10, 2013 at Carolina Care, Cherryville. She was born June 19, 1933 in Elizabeth City County, Richmond VA. to the late Robert P. and Alice Iola Harris Stillwell.

She is survived by her; daughters, Gwendolyn Nenninger & husband Edward of Gastonia and Candace Lawrence & husband David of Morganton, NC; grandchildren England Teets & wife Ellen of Denver, CO, Anna Lawrence of Salisbury, NC, and Jonathan Lawrence of Palm Springs CA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Owen Craig Chronister, brothers, Charles and William Stillwell, sisters, Sara Cole, Christine Lambert, Nell Puett.

Gloria's funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City with Rev. David Lawrence officiating.

Interment will follow in Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.

Her family will receive friends one hour prior the service at the funeral home.
