JACK HUSKEY

Jack Richard Huskey, 73, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Robin Johnson House, Dallas. He was born in York County, SC on January 6, 1947, to the late Avery and Mamie White Huskey.

He was proceeded in death by his sister Judy Stewart; brothers George and Woodrow Huskey; stepson-in-law Robert Ham; stepson Rodney Peeler.

Jack was a veteran of the Army National Guard, member of City Church (Bethlehem Church), helped with the parking lot ministry, and was a Cowboys Fan.

He loved spending time with his family, spoiling his grandkids and watching all their games.

Left to cherish his memories is his wife Dot McKinnish Huskey; son Jack Huskey and wife Heather of Clover, SC; daughter Elaine Tyra and husband Michael of Navarre, FL; step-daughters Kimberly Walls and husband Mike of Gastonia, and Rhonda Ham of Gastonia; brothers Jay Huskey and wife Jan of York, SC, Sidney Huskey and wife Janette of York, SC, and Paul Huskey of Bancroft, MI; sister Margaret Dixon of Seale, AL; grandchildren Zachery, Zane, and Sophia Tyra of Navarre, FL, and Chandler, Autumn, and Keaton Huskey of Clover, SC; step-grandchildren Clifton and Kandice Shedd of Gastonia, and Chelsea Ham of Gastonia.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City, NC.

Jack’s funeral service will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 13, 2020 in the Chapel at Sisk-Butler with Rev. Dickie Spargo officiating.

Interment will take place at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City, NC.
