James Plemmons

James "Ricky" Plemmons, 48, of Dallas, passed away on Thursday July 14, 2016 at the Brian Center of Gastonia. He was born September 4, 1967 in Gaston County to James A. and Patricia Plemmons.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Shuford L. Plemmons Sr., paternal grandmother, Cora Plemmons, maternal grandmother, Ruth Morrison.

James is survived by his parents, James A. and Patricia Plemmons; special aunt and uncle, Teresa and Roger Rimmer; special uncle, J.R. Plemmons; special cousin, Jessica Mathis; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday July 16, 2016 in the Sisk-Butler Chapel with the Rev. Keith Walker and Pastor Plemmons officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home

Burial will be private.
