James Taylor

James Edward Taylor, age 42, simply stepped from here to Glory on Sunday May 28, 2017 while at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem. He was born July 21, 1974 in Hillsborough County, Florida to the late Jimmy Taylor and the late Sandra Word Taylor.

James was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served until 1997. Afterward, he graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a Bachelor's Degree in Education

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Jessica Murphy Taylor; his son, Kelson Taylor; his in-laws, Cecil and Pat Murphy; grandmother Dorothy Sanderson.

A celebration of James' life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Life Church, Cramerton with Pastor Ken Hester and Dr. Bishop Mike White officiating.

Military honors will be given by the U.S. Marine Corp Honor Guard immediately following the service at the church.
