Jerrie Rose

Jerri Lynn Holland Rose, 55, of Bessemer City, passed away on December 25, 2014 at home. She was born April 3, 1959 in Gaston County to Martha Louise Long Holland of Bessemer City and the late Alvin "Buddy" Holland.

Jerri was a graduate of Bessemer City High School. She loved her dogs Johnnie and Charlie. Jerri also loved playing cards with friends, shopping with her family and going to the mountains.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Holland.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 30 years, Richard Rose; brother, Dennis Holland and wife Anita of Clover, SC; sister, Angela Jean Holland of Bessemer City; niece, Kelsey Bustle of Bessemer City; nephews, Travis Holland of Bessemer City, Michael Holland and Steven Holland both of Clover, SC.

Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Sisk- Butler Funeral & Cremations Services, Bessemer City with Dr. Robert Rose officiating.

Interment will follow at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home.
