Jerry Pruitt

Jerry Glenn Pruitt, 61, of Gastonia, passed away on February 8, 2014 at his son's home in Dallas. He was born February 11, 1952 in Gaston County to the late William H. Pruitt and Bessie Mason Pruitt Talent.

Jerry is survived by his sons Jerry Nathan Pruitt and wife Angie and Steven Glenn Pruitt and wife Ruthann all of Dallas; sister Ella "Sally" P. Bridges of Dallas; grandchildren Sean and Alyssa Pruitt.

His funeral services will be held 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Sharon Free Will Baptist Church, Springwood with Revs. Odell Cook and Charles Mason officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday night from 6:00-8:00 pm at the church and other times at the sister's house 145 Tower Rd. Dallas, NC 28034.

He is preceded in death by 4 brothers.
