Juanita Peters

Juanita Treece Peters, 81, passed away February 23, 2018, at Alexandria Place, Gastonia.
She was born March 2, 1936 in Huntsville, Alabama to the late Lonnie Virgil and Eula Effie Cantrell Treece.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Clarence Peters; sons Doug Henderson and Mike Peters; brother Vernon Treece.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons Ronnie Peters and wife Tonya of Belmont and Randy Henderson and wife Bunky of Gastonia; brother Marvin Treece and wife Gaynell of Gastonia; 6 grandchildren Michelle Maness, Dawn Walker, Tara Phillips, Mike Henderson, Randy Henderson and Camaron Peters; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.

Juanita was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Bessemer City. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM Monday February 26, 2018 at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City.

A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Chapel of Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Eric Ross officiating.

Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery
