Larry Dean Stewart

Larry Dean Stewart, 66, of Cramerton, passed away at home on April 1, 2024. He was born July 20, 1957, in Gaston County, to the late Effie Mae Marr Stewart and Fred James Stewart (Carolyn Hart Stewart). 

He is preceded in death by his brother, Terry Stewart; sister, Shelby Weathers.

Larry worked at Pharr Yarns for 25 years and currently at Barnhardt Manufacturing for 24 years. He and his co-workers had fun betting on football and racing. He loved to carp fish and watch Duke basketball. Larry attended The Refuge Church in South Carolina.

Left to cherish his memories are his son, Jon-Tyler Stewart; brothers, Tim Stewart (Tina) Paul Stewart; sister, Rita Davis (Jerry); special cousins, Elaine Bridges and Randall Marsh; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. 

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home on Sunday, April 7, 2024.

Larry’s Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM Pastor Troy Beaver officiating.
