Laura Cobb

Laura Ramsey Cobb, 78, of Bessemer City, passed away on March 22, 2015 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 23, 1936 in Gaston County to the late Leroy and Ollie Mae Ramsey.

She loved her church and was a member of 8th Street Church of God.

Laura was preceded in death by daughters Gloria Roberts, Becky Hale, and Vivian Carpenter; sister Sarah Skipper.

Survivors include her daughters, Sandra Cobb of Bessemer City and Angela Cobb of Gastonia; sister Ruby Thomas of Gastonia; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren

Her memorial service will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, at the chapel of Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services, with Rev. Ronnie Pendleton officiating.

Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City.
