Louise Goins Lankford, 83, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday October 16, 2018. She was born April 12, 1935 in Lincoln County to the late Ralph Goins, Sr. and Florence Wright Goins.
Louise was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church and retired from Firestone Mill.
She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Charles "HC" Lankford, Jr.
Left to cherish her memories is her son Bobby Lankford of Bessemer City; daughter Vickie Ware of Clover, SC.; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Louise's life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, October 20, 2018 Walnut Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Yarbrough and Rev. Steve Weaver officiating.
Interment will follow at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday October 19, 2018 at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services.
