Louise Yarborough

Louise Fields Yarborough, 81, of Bessemer City passed away on December 4, 2013 at her home. She was born April 18, 1932 in Moore County, NC to the late Charles Blane and Bertha Glasspool Fields.

Louise taught math and social studies at Bessemer City Junior High for 22 years. She loved her students.

She is survived by her husband, Doras James " DJ" Yarborough, Jr.; sons, David Wayne Yarborough and wife Mary Pat of Lincolnton, Dwight James Yarborough and wife Marsha of Indian Land, SC; daughter, Gwyn Charlene Harmon and husband Larry of Bessemer City; grandchildren, Allison Ann Yarborough, Nicholas Yarborough, Theodore Yarborough, David Wayne Yarborough Jr.; extended family Shane Lynch and Marcia Nelson of Newton, Jason Lynch and wife Kim of Swannanoa; step-great-grandchildren, Jenna Lynch of Hickory, Noah Lynch of Swannanoa.

Graveside Service will be private.
