MARGARET  RICHARDSON



Margaret Dula Richardson, 86, passed away August 16, 2012, at Gaston Memorial Hospital.  She was born April 21, 1926, in Gaston County to the late Jim and Essie Watts Dooley.



Margaret was a charter  member of God Can Baptist Church, Bessemer City.  The family would like to thank all of the nurses and technicians on the 4th and 5th floor of Gaston Memorial Hospital for their kindness and care during their mothers stay and for the kindness during our loss.  Also thanks to all her brothers and sisters at God Can Baptist Church.



She is survived by her sons, Bobby Richardson and wife Fos of Lowell, Pastor  Randy Richardson and wife Joyce of Dallas; daughters, Brenda Kay Fowler of Gastonia, Frances Faye Richardson of Gastonia; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1great great-granddaughter.



She is preceded in death by her, husband, James Claude Richardson; son, Joe Hamilton; brother, Sonny Dooley; granddaughter, Kathy Richardson; son-in-law, William Fowler.



Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Randy Richardson officiating.



Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia.



Visitation will be held Saturday from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
