Mark Pearson

Mark Allen Pearson, 46, of Bessemer City, passed away September 16, 2016 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born on November 21, 1969 in Cleveland County, to Jean Martin Pearson and the late Donald Odell Pearson.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles and four wheelers, and going to the mountains.

Mark is survived by his wife Shirley Wylie Pearson; sons Shawn Pearson and Bobby Blattau of Bessemer City; mother Jean Pearson of Bessemer City; brother Jeff Pearson of Columbia, SC.

His funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, at the Chapel of Sisk-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services, Bessemer City with Pastor Shannon Williams and Rev. Don Capell officiating.

Interment will follow at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain.

The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00 pm Tuesday, at the funeral home.
