Mary Fraley

Mary Frances Neal Fraley, 86, of Bessemer City passed away on October 17, 2013 at Summit Place, Kings Mountain. She was born February 20, 1927 in Cleveland County, NC, to the late James Howard and Ethel Conner Neal.

Mary was a member of Bright Light Baptist Church, Gastonia. She attended New Name Baptist Tabernacle Church, Crowder's Mountain where her son Robert was pastor.

She is survived by her sons, Danny B. Fraley and wife June of Gastonia, Robert C. Fraley and wife Tara of Beaufort, NC; sister, Earline Ashe and husband William of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Justin Fraley and wife Annette, Jordan Fraley, Justin Goble, Leah Fraley, Hannah Fraley, Jacob Fraley, Amanda Alvarez and husband Ricky; great-grandchildren, Rachell Alvarez, Isabella Alvarez; sisters-in-law, Louise Fraley, Corrine Russell; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, George Blair Fraley, brothers, Charles Neal, Sr., Norman Neal; sister-in law, Laura Neal; nephew, Randy Ashe; niece Teresa Mitchell.

Her funeral services will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City with Rev. Robert Fraley, Rev. Paul Crisco officiating.

Interment will follow in Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery, Bessemer City.

Her family will receive friends one hour prior the service at the funeral home.
