Mary Hoyle

Mary Lanier Hoyle, 82, of Bessemer City, passed away on February 6, 2014 at Kings Mountain Hospice House. She was born October 23, 1931 in Kings Mountain, NC to the late Gallie Ramsey Lanier and Luther Lanier.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Bill Hoyle, infant son, Grady Kim Hoyle, sisters, Mamie Jenkins, Ruth Hughes, brothers, Freelon Ramsey and Jack Lanier.

She is survived by daughters Dean Capps and husband Chuck, Michelle Brockman and husband Mike, grandsons, Josh Capps and wife Jessica, Ethan and Zane Brockman and great grandchildren Grayson and Paisley Capps.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00- 2:30 pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services and other times at the Brockman house, 350 Old Mill Road, Bessemer City.

A graveside service will follow at 3:00 pm at Westview Gardens Cemetery, Bessemer City with Rev. Wes Brown officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kings Mountain Hospice House. Dean and Michelle would also like to offer a special thank you to Wanda Lewis, Dr. Abdul Gangoo, Julie, Katherine, Sherry, the nursing staff at Kings Mountain Hospital and especially the wonderful nurses and staff at Kings Mountain Hospice House.
