MILDRED CROFT
1937-2015

Mildred "Mickey" Conrad Croft, 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, January 19, 2015 at the Robin Johnson House in Dallas. She was born April 15, 1937 in Gaston County to the late Frank Conrad and Lessie Bell.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She attended First Wesleyan Church in Bessemer City. She loved God, gardening, family, friends, music, and will be missed by all.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister, Susan Wiggins Putnam.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Marshall A. Croft; her sons, Jeff Croft and Eric Croft and wife Leighann Croft of Bessemer City; her daughter, Cindy Payne of Bessemer City; her sister, Audrey Ballard of Bessemer City; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mildred's funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday at First Wesleyan Church, Bessemer City with Rev. Wes Brown and Rev. Doug Allen officiating.

Her family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City.

Burial will be at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.
