MYRTLE   BOLTON



Myrtle Whetstine Bolton, 73, of Kings Mountain, died November 19, 2012, at Kings Mountain Hospital, Kings Mountain.  She was born April 24, 1939 in Cleveland County to the late Charles S. and Lucy Axom Whetstine.



She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Lloyd Clayton Bolton; son, Jeffrey Bolton and Jon Bolton both of Kings Mountain; daughter, Cynthia Bolton of Kings Mountain; brother, Jerry Whetstine of Kings Mountain; sisters, Jeanette James of Bessemer City, Louise Mullis of Kings Mountain, Carrie Bradley and husband Keith of Kings Mountain; sister-in-law, Sue Whetstine; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.



She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles S. Whetstine, Jr., Paul Whetstine.



A graveside service will be held at 3:30 PM Saturday at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain with rev. Doug James officiating.



The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm Saturday at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home, Bessemer City.
