Nathan Jenkins

Nathan Andrew Jenkins, 38, of Bessemer City, passed away on November 23, 2014, at home. He was born March 19, 1976, in Gaston County to Mack Blair and Susan Oates Jenkins of Bessemer City.

Nathan graduated from Bessemer City High School and attended Gaston College. He worked at Advance Auto Distribution Center and at Eaton. He loved God, his family and home. Nathan was a beloved and devoted son and brother, and a wonderful friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Katie Mae Oates, Emma Goforth, Avery and Nettie Jenkins.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his twin brother, Paul Alexander Jenkins, brother, Seth Adam Jenkins and wife Amy; nephew, Drew Alexander Jenkins; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

His funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Pisgah ARP Church, Gastonia with Rev. Rick Lewis officiating.

Private burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City.
