She is preceded in death by her first husband, Nick Penner; second husband, Ken Socie; siblings, Paul, Stanley, and Shirley Kurtz.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Sherry Buchanan (Mikie); grandchildren, Gracie, and Trey Buchanan.
