Ricky Lee

Ricky Dean “Deanie” Lee, 61, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Atrium Health-Cleveland. He was born on October 28, 1957 in Welch, West Virginia to the late Rufus Lewis and Betty Lou Ross Lee.

Ricky was preceded in death by his brother Robert Lee; sisters Rosetta Lee, Lorean Lee.

Ricky’s greatest passion in life was spending time with his grandchildren.  All who knew him will forever remember the selfless generosity and love he so freely gave to all he met.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Jennifer Lee; daughters, Tonya Cagle and husband Mike of Gastonia, Sandy Howell and husband Deejay of Shelby, Amber McKinney of Dallas, Misty McKinney of Kings Mountain; brothers Butch Lee, Freddie Lee, Jimmy Lee, Richard Lee; sisters Patricia Scott, Loretta Owens, Polly Whitt, Geraldine Poremba; 11 grandchildren; In addition to his many roles he was also an uncle to countless nieces and nephews; one very dear to his heart Sunset Owens.

Ricky’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services with Brother Johnny Powell officiating.

His family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 pm Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the funeral home.
