Robert Ballard

Robert Dwayne Ballard, 28, passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 20, 2021. He was born March 2, 1993 in Gaston County to Ronald Ballard and Crystal Badger Ballard.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Terrell Eugene Badger, Sr, Sid Franklin, Lucille Franklin and Rita Baynard,  and his cousin, Terry Lee Badger.

He was a member of the Whetstone Masonic Lodge #515.

Left to cherish his memories are his parents, Ronald and Crystal Ballard; wife, Jessie Ballard; children, Rylie Ballard, Reese Ballard; sister, Blake Watkins (Michael); aunts and uncles, Mike and Paula Cole, Terry and Susan Badger, Teresa and Tim Radke, Rebecca Badger; Troy and Melanie Ballard; nephew Ryder “Bubba” Watkins; cousins Brook Phillips and Taylor Madden.

Robert will lie in state from 5:00 PM –8:00 PM at Sisk Butler Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

Roberts’s funeral service will be held 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Sisk Butler Funeral Home with Rev. Joshua Whetstine officiating.

Masonic Rites will follow the service.
