Ronnie Callahan

Ronnie Marion Callahan, 72, passed away at Atrium Health Shelby on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. He was born February 3, 1948 in Gaston County to the late Wroaten Marion and Beatrice Costner Callahan.

Ronnie was Retired from the United States Navy after 22 years of service.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 49 years Katrina McDonald Callahan; sons Brent Callahan of Shelby and Heath Callahan of Erwin, TN; sister Joyce Earle and husband Jerry and the Earle Family of Kings Mountain; grandchildren Cirroc and Marlowe.

He will lie in state 1 hour prior the funeral service at Sisk Butler Funeral Home.

Ronnie’s funeral service will be held 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Sisk Butler Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Wells officiating.

Interment will follow at Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Black Mountain, NC.
