Samuel Williams

Samuel Gerald Williams, 73, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Brian Center in Gastonia. He was born January 19, 1944 in Gaston County, son of the late Samuel King Williams and Rev. Bertie May Puckett Williams.

Samuel was a business owner and a member of Crescent Lane Church of God in Gastonia.

He was preceded in death by brothers Roger Kelly Williams and Stephen Kenneth Williams.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Rev. Jeffrey Lee Williams and wife Elizabeth, Samuel Manteo Williams; daughter, Zoe Kittyhawk Williams; granddaughters, Jessica Elaine Williams and Katherine Elizabeth Williams; brother, Eddie Lamar Williams and wife Connie; sister, Brenda Gail Stribling.

His funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:45 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia.
