Steve “Lucky” Brooks, Jr., 51, of Bessemer City, passed away at his residence on April 9, 2022. He was born March 1, 1971, in Gaston County.

Left to cherish his memory is wife, Shannon Pentolino Brooks; son, Aaron Brooks (Allison); daughters, Leann Nations (Bobby), Kylie Brooks; mother, Debbie Hannah Brooks; father, Steve Brooks, Sr. (Jan); grandchildren, Kaylen Brooks, Lilly Barrett, Delilah Nations, Abbott Brooks, Abel Brooks; brothers, Shane Brooks (Kelly), Todd Brooks (Kim), Chris Brooks, Chad Brooks (Amber); stepbrother, Brad Smith (Jan); and stepsister, Shannon Doster (Jason); numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, April 15, 2022, at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home.

Lucky’s funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Sisk-Butler Funeral Home.
